Starting with the action looking for soul mate via the Internet, a widower Philip Hunt (58) was trapped by the 'woman' who called 'Rose' from Nigeria. Hunt and Rose met on the internet in December 2008 and continued with communication via email and SMS.

Rose was later told that he was suffering from malaria and ask for help from Hunt. Demand was met by a man who was this giddy.

According to information from a former lover Hunt, Lesley Smith, this man has done many things to comply with the demand as much money as U.S. $ 2.9 million from Rose, including debt here and there.

But Rose and all turned out the story only a mere trick. As Hunt realized his folly, he had lost his money worth 82,000 pounds or more than Rp 1 billion.

Ex-boyfriend asked her to report to the police because it sounded as a form of scam (fraud via the internet), but Hunt's fear of losing a job because she wore a lot of office computers to communicate with Rose.
