A former official at the United Nations (UN) recently in the case of improper restraints on the internet.

Is Scott Ritter, the man famous for never acting as a UN weapons inspector in Iraq was, caught doing dirty actions.

Police in Philadelphia, United States, revealed that in a recording through webcam, looking Ritter masturbating in a conversation online.

The suspect apparently thought he was talking dirty to a 15-year-old girl. But alas, it turns out that talking to a policeman in disguise.

Ritter acting as observers of weapons in Iraq between the years 1991 to 1998. He was loud critic of the policy includes the president at that time, George Bush in the Middle East.

Actually this is not the first nasty case of Ritter. In 2001, he was never processed for allegedly endangering the boy even though this case finally stopped in the middle of the road.
